Supply Chain Manager 

Ceremonia is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and collaborative Supply Chain Manager, who is excited to drive operational strategies for Ceremonia’s fast scaling supply chain. This individual will be expected to approach strategic initiatives and supply issues with innovative problem solving, challenging the status quo and optimizing for scale. This individual will play a critical role in our supply chain evolution, analyzing Ceremonia’s overall supplier base, driving sourcing improvements, and optimizing product lead times and costs - while prioritizing vendor relationships. This individual will mostly collaborate with product development, ops and creative teams to ensure cross-functional alignment in key decisions. 

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Implement a robust and scalable inventory forecasting tool that is pro-active, automated and innovative. The system will ensure Ceremonia produces sufficient inventory in accordance with revenue projections, making real-time adjustments according to actual growth rate 
  • Lead the ideation and implementation of cost reduction initiatives (analyzing spending, should-cost and benchmarking) with a focus on improving Ceremonia’s EBITDA
  • Identify and mitigate any risks related to the supply chain to launch timelines and cost to senior leadership 
  • Foster a personal relationship with Ceremonia’s vendors, ensuring vendors feel part of Ceremonia’s mission
  • Apply an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, costs and market intelligence to influence future product roadmap and sourcing decisions
  • Ideate, create, and maintain supply chain related performance dashboards, KPI's, and scorecards to hold stakeholders accountable for the successful delivery of key strategic initiatives
  • Partner with Ceremonia’s Business Director to implement inventory financing to ensure Ceremonia’s run rate is maximized while meeting vendors’ payment terms (including but not limited to wholesale partners) 
  • Partner with Ceremonia’s Business Director in all contract negotiations
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews, identify corrective actions, assign owners, and follow-through to drive overall supplier improvements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Beauty/CPG Supply Chain experience 
  • Proficiency in forecasting, supply planning and inventory management
  • Understanding of supply chain KPIs - customer order fill rates, inventory turnover, excess and short-dated inventory management and forecast accuracy 
  • Demonstrated experience creating, implementing, and leading integrated business processes from a starting point of limited maturity and sophistication
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with both internal stakeholders and external audiences 
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry and network of formula and packaging suppliers 
  • An eagerness to negotiate and achieve a maximum value for Ceremonia in all transactions
  • Experience with ERP and enterprise-wide operations planning systems
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; capable of leading through action and influence in a fast growing and evolving company

Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create, confirm and track the production and transportation of Purchase Orders 
  • Support in dissecting, strategizing and managing relationships across all Ceremonia vendors by achieving a full understanding of their internal policies, capabilities, cost drivers and quality 
  • Track organization-critical KPIs
  • Manage domestic and/or international retail partners, including set-up on their logistics platform, oversee and manage shipment, ensuring they respect the wholesale partner's guidelines and requirement
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Creative and Accounting/Finance to ensure proper fulfillment of orders including stocking strategy, timing of order processing and order invoicing 
  • Oversee tactical operations at our US distribution center and fulfillment network 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organization skills 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel 
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to see the impact and scope of a decision 
  • 2-3 years of supply chain experience in a fast-paced, DTC environment

Chief of Staff to the CEO  

Ceremonia is now looking for a key hire to support the rapid growth and its exciting trajectory with a Chief of Staff  to play an instrumental part in building the future of Latinx beauty. This role will work closely with the CEO and the management team to help streamline internal communication flows, processes, company structure and support the CEO in her daily interactions across the company. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Ensure information flows appropriately in and out of the CEO’s office. Whether it’s emails, phone calls, memos, meeting agendas, or minutes, making sure the right information gets in front of the right people in the most effective way.
  • Build out a prioritization process to streamline which information and decisions that need to be seen and attended to by the CEO. 
  • Work closely with the leadership team to schedule and prepare important meetings, compile necessary pre-work, agendas, follow-ups and check-ins on progress
  • Helping the CEO maximize her time by focusing on those areas where she adds the most value, protecting her schedule and time from non-essential requests. 
  • Oversee all aspects of the business’ strategic planning process, including scheduling relevant discussions, compiling the necessary data and research ahead of meetings, and documenting key outputs.
  • Build out implementation and communication cadence for the CEO and the leadership team to track goals.
  • Facilitate important meetings and take responsibility to circulate and track all next actions, allowing the CEO to participate fully in the discussions without focusing on the structure or flow. 
  • Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, identify knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field

Art Director  

Ceremonia is looking for a passionate Art Director to join our Creative team. The Art Director will work directly with the Creative Director,, and will be responsible for concepting innovative campaigns, creating photo and video assets for use across all channels, and ensuring that the Ceremonia brand guidelines are respected as well as evolved over time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art direction, design, brand strategy and production, as well as exceptional organizational and management skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a modern approach. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee image and video content production, from conception to launch. Including but not limited to: concepting, pre-production, casting, on-set direction, image selection, overseeing post-production with retouchers and video editors, working with designers and giving direction on image usage across all channels
  • Help monitor, uphold, and manage the Creative budget
  • Maintain and update the brand guidelines
  • Oversee visuals and graphics across all channels including, but not limited to: print collateral, event materials, OOH, ecommerce, email, paid media, social, text, video, in-store, packaging, swag and promotional materials
  • Collaborates with various teams including Growth, Marketing, Social, Operations and Product Development

Manage relationships to ensure the end result is aligned with the brand and vendors are leveraged in the best possible way.
  • Manage a team of designers reporting into the Art Director 
  • Liaison with Growth and Marketing teams to leverage metrics and data to inform creative and adapt when needed

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication Arts, Fine Art or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in an AD or AD equivalent role for in-house brands or agencies
  • A rich cultural library of current and historical Latinx and general pop-culture and artistic references from which to draw inspiration and to teach and inspire a young team of Designers
  • Proficient in managing retouching markup and production, quality control
  • Gives and takes direction and constructive feedback well. A collaborative team player with an interest in learning from and listening to others
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite
  • Experience with After Effects and/or Premier Pro preferred

Junior Graphic Designer  

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support Creative and Marketing teams with day-to-day design needs
  • Design clear engaging and on-brand graphic communications for print, web and social. This will include marketing/communication inserts, website and social media graphics and other branded assets as needed
  • Support with new and innovative concepts for all marketing channels 
  • Retouch and edit images when needed 
  • Concept and execute engaging graphic content 
  • Research new trends and techniques, platforms and tools 
  • Source inspiration images and references for campaigns
  • Work closely with the Creative team to translate messaging concepts into branded assets

Wholesale PM 

Ceremonia is now looking for an experienced and highly-motivated Wholesale Project Manager to support Ceremonia’s rapid wholesale growth. This role will report into Brand Marketing and work closely the Supply Chain team and the Creative department, to manage account management and wholesale marketing. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build strong relationship with retailers and serve as a key point of contact 
  • Manage communication with merchant and marketing teams collaborating on visual merchandising, promotional strategies and retailer expansion plans 
  • Oversee and project manage all wholesale partners, including but not limited to streamlining all communication pertaining to the relationship
  • Become the gatekeeper between the wholesale partner and internal teams, rapidly coordinating internal workstreams, in accordance with set deadlines 
  • Proactively foresee any upcoming needs of the wholesale partner, handling request with utmost urgency and priority 
  • Develop account-specific KPIs and align internal teams around them 
  • Analyze wholesale business on an ongoing basis and provide weekly sales analysis updates internally and externally
  • Create a clear and structured process for how to streamline communication between wholesale demand and supply chain team
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create extensive retail marketing plans for all key launches and ongoing marketing support 
  • Collaborate with Creative Team to ensure brand/account alignment

Brand Marketing Director

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Drive strategy, annual marketing budget, execution and KPIs for all brand marketing initiatives 
  • Ideate go-to-market strategies and execute cross-functional project management of integrated marketing activities including but not limited to product campaigns, retail openings, partnerships and brand campaigns
  • Build out and lead the brand marketing department, build and manage a team to execute partnerships, events, PR, campaigns, messaging, and overall brand image
  • Translate brand strengths and consumer insights into innovative and creative marketing initiatives designed to introduce new audiences and support strategic company growth objectives long term 
  • Create efficient processes to manage project timelines for all marketing initiatives, including budgets, forecasting and long term planning 
  • Oversee development and implementation of yearly, integrated marketing calendars  
  • Oversee the brand planning process to support sales goals in an effective way
  • Lead the development and refinement of the brand’s key messages

Content Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Growth, this person will be responsible for content on all social media accounts, blog, as well as writing copy and planning visuals for marketing campaigns across channels.

Responsibilities & Duties 

  • Own social media, focusing on TikTok and Instagram
  • Write on-brand copy, working closely with our Creative Director to build our voice & tone
  • Report on social media performance, translating numbers into applicable learnings
  • Own blog content, planning ways we can expand and improve our organic search presence
  • Unify our social media & blog strategies
  • Assist the Director of Growth and Creative team in executing marketing email campaigns & copy across channels, including email, social, blog and more.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, specialising in social media marketing
  • First-hand knowledge of Latinx cultures (ability to communicate in Spanish/Spanglish is a huge plus)
  • Proven experience with TikTok content 
  • Hands-on experience creating content for various channels
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram as platforms and their own set of limitations and opportunities 
  • Excellent eye for content, basic editing and photo skills is a must
  • At least 2-3 years’ copywriting experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and be proactive
