We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Ceremonia products- if you feel that a product you purchased doesn't work for you, please let us know. We'd love to hear your feedback and see if we can help you find a different product to achieve ultimate hair wellness.
Our Return and Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, or unused, and in its original packaging. Returns will only be accepted up until 14 days after arrival. Bundles must be returned in full in order to be eligible. You’ll also need the receipt and order number. If you decide to start a return, please start your return by using the portal here: https://ceremonia.com/a/return.
Please allow 2 weeks for the warehouse to process and credit your return. We will credit your remaining return amount to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hola@ceremonia.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
