Head of Growth & eCommerce

We’re looking for a Head of Growth & eCommerce to come on board and help build the future of Latinx beauty. This role will play an instrumental part in the leadership team and will report directly into the company CEO.

  • Build out a digital marketing roadmap
  • Build and manage a team over time
  • Manage and improve online content for paid search and social 
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
  • Define, measure and report the performance of all paid marketing channels/campaigns
  • Develop a scalable growth strategy through our direct-to-consumer channel 
  • Own and efficiently scale the budget, allocating spend and optimizing a blend of channels to hit growth targets efficiently, while thinking long term and being resourceful
  • Manager customer segmentation strategy and develop smart attribution modeling, ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message, at the right place and time
  • Lead marketing analytics and ROI analysis for campaigns and channels, defining CAC and LTV, while executing robust optimization and RFM modeling


  • Demonstrable experience in overseeing strategy and implementation of successful paid marketing campaigns 
  • Strong understanding for how digital marketing channels function
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Facebook, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Familiarity with Shopify
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Strong team management and communication skills
  • Experience managing large yearly budgets, while still mantaining a scrappy startup mentality
  • 5+ years of experience in fast moving, direct-to-consumer environments with proven record of scaling up an eCommerce site
