Avocado contains powerful fatty acids and oleic acids, providing many essential nutrients that improve hair health and lead to reduction in breakage and split ends. Because of its fatty acids, avocado oil will strengthen the hair from the inside to help prevent damage, making hair more flexible.
I use Ceremonia hair products for my 3 A/B curls - I added the gel in to help combat my frizz on top of the Curl Activator serum. It helps a little.
I like the revive spray to help after wash days, it works ok
I wish both worked better to help my frizz, but they do ok! That's why I'm giving a 4 star

I have thin but a lot of hair. If I put my hair in a pokey tail (even loosely) I’ll have a crease set in it after like 10 minutes which won’t go away and makes me hair look bad. I spray the refresher on and it’s gone and you’d never even know! The gel isn’t bad but I likely won’t use that often just wanted to try.

Best products I’ve ever tried.
These two are a perfect set. I use the gel in my waves and then I can refresh for 4 days!! It is truly a game changer for wavy hair. I love not needing to completely wash and start over everyday. I’m so grateful to this company for saving my hair. I love every product I’ve tried.
